Answers to the most common questions about using Travelmate.

From the My Trips page, click the "New Trip" button. Enter your trip name and travel dates, then click "Create". Your new trip will appear in the dashboard and become your active trip.

Navigate to the Places page while a trip is active. Use the "Add Location" button to add countries or cities to your itinerary. You can then add specific places within each location.

Yes! You can create as many trips as you like. Switch between them from the My Trips dashboard by clicking on a trip to make it active. Only one trip can be active at a time.

The Map page shows an interactive map of all locations in your current trip. Navigate there using the Map link in the top navigation bar. You need an active trip selected to view the map.

Open the trip on the My Trips dashboard and look for the delete option in the trip menu. Note that deleting a trip is permanent and will remove all associated locations and places.

Yes, all your trip data is automatically saved to your browser's local storage. This means your data persists between sessions on the same device and browser.

Trip sharing is not currently available. All trips are stored locally on your device. We are working on adding collaboration features in a future update.

You can add various categories of places to your locations, including attractions, restaurants, accommodation, and more. Use the Places page to browse and organise your points of interest.
